2. Cancellation Policy

- Once a subscription is canceled, the user's account and all associated data will be automatically deleted from our system.
3. Refund Policy
- A. Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- B. Annual Subscriptions: Users may request a refund for annual subscriptions by contacting us. Requests are subject to review and approval.
- C. Auto-Renewal Refunds: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the automatic renewal date. After this period, refunds will not be granted.
