1. Content Ownership
- All content available on the Phantom platform—including but not limited to educational videos, scripts, voiceovers, written lessons, animations, and graphic assets—is either:
- Fully owned by Phantom, or
- Derived from publicly available, royalty-free, commercially licensed resources.
- Regardless of origin, all rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. User Content Uploads
Phantom does not allow users to upload, publish, or share their own content on the platform. This includes forums, comments, file uploads, or any user-generated material.
3. Usage Restrictions
- Downloading, saving, or recording any content is strictly prohibited.
- Taking screenshots, screen recordings, or copying any text is not allowed.
- Sharing Phantom content in any format, even for personal use, is forbidden.
- Sharing your personal experience or opinions about the platform is permitted, as long as it does not include or reproduce the actual content.
4. Violations and Legal Action
Any user who shares Phantom content without permission will have their account immediately suspended. Manual review and potential legal action (including copyright infringement claims) may follow.

Unless otherwise stated, all content is protected under copyright law and is marked as "All Rights Reserved." Unauthorized use of any kind is strictly forbidden and may result in civil or criminal liability.
